How can the company improve on Diversity & Inclusion?
I was a non-native Japanese speaker and had a slight issue communicating with other workers. Although most of the employees couldn’t speak English, there was one guy who spoke fluent English and he sort of worked as a translator for me. However, whenever he was busy, my peers seemed frustrated because they couldn’t understand what I wanted to convey completely. The company needs to provide employees with opportunities to learn English and hire more bilingual employees.

Advice to management
Some internal tools are not up to date, which makes some tasks hard to complete on time. I suggest management upgrade tools with a newer version, which is more fit for a more global business environment.

You should expect an environment where straightforward communication is welcomed, and should not hold back on giving your opinion. The business is gradually expanding globally, but there aren’t enough people who can speak English. It would be good for you to be able to communicate in Japanese in order to work smoothly with your manager and coworkers.
